Résumés - The Long & The Short of ‘Em Date: 1/21/2010 Author: Kate Bridger
"Too short – there's nothing here," moaned Goldilocks, Manager of Bear Resort's Human Resources Department.
"Far too long," she groaned as she perused the next one in her heap.
"Perfect!" she squealed as she came upon a clean concise résumé that she could read over in just a couple of minutes.
Developing a concise, informative and readable résumé is not always easy. As a youngster, it is often difficult to fill a whole page. To find the right balance of information that focuses directly on the position being applied for, there are a few organizational strategies you can employ.
